What does it cost?

$99 per property per year, or $14.99 per property per month. Same features either way — no per-user fees, no tiers, no add-ons.

Which plan should I pick?

Annual, for almost everyone. It works out to $8.25 a month, a 45% saving over the monthly plan. Monthly is there if you want to pay as you go.

How do I switch between monthly and annual?

Open your property, go to Settings > Subscription, and choose Manage Subscription. You can move between the monthly and annual plan there yourself, and whatever you have already paid for is credited toward the new plan. If you subscribed through the iPhone app, change the plan in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone instead.

Are there per-user fees?

No. Invite as many members and guests as you want. Your plan covers unlimited people per property.

Can I manage multiple properties?

Yes. Each property is its own subscription. You can administer or belong to as many properties as you'd like.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new property gets a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

What happens when my trial ends?

You'll get reminder emails leading up to the end of the trial. If you don't upgrade, your data is preserved in a grace period before the property is removed.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Go to Settings > Subscription, choose Manage Subscription, and cancel there. Your subscription will not auto-renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
