Your check-in and check-out times, everywhere
Set your property's default check-in and check-out times once and every part of the app follows them: the booking form starts on them, your calendar feed carries them out to Airbnb, VRBO, and Google Calendar, and your guest check-in and checkout emails quote them. Set yours under Calendar, then More, then Share.
Monthly plan now available
Prefer to pay as you go? You can now subscribe monthly at $14.99 per property instead of committing to a year. The annual plan is still the better deal at $99 a year — about $8.25 a month — and every feature is the same either way. Pick your plan when you upgrade a property.
Invite your co-owners with one link
Every property now has a member invite link ready to go — copy it, paste it into your family text thread, and everyone who opens it joins as a member. No more typing email addresses one at a time. People you invite land on a page that names the property, shows the join code, and gets them set up in one step — and the same code works in the iPhone app.

Android app development underway
We've heard you! OurSharedPlace is coming to Android, with a beta expected this calendar year. Jot us a note at info[at]oursharedplace.com if you'd like to be notified when it's ready. As with our iOS app, you'll be able to manage your shared calendar, photos, expenses, members, and documents from your Android phone or tablet; no additional cost.
Adjust a guest's booking offer
Sent an outside guest a booking offer and their plans changed? Update the dates and re-send it with a fresh acceptance link — now right from the iOS app, no laptop needed.
Choose your property's currency
Track expenses and settle up in the currency that matches where your place is — not just US dollars.
Emailed receipts and billing history
Get an emailed receipt whenever your subscription renews, and download your full billing history any time from your account.

Hold dates on the calendar
Admins can block off dates that aren't a booking — maintenance, a repair visit, or a tentative plan — with a distinct look so nobody mistakes them for an open week.
Guest booking portal
Send an outside guest a booking offer they can review and accept, with a private, no-login portal for their stay. Rejections are kept on file for fairness down the road.

Stop one person from claiming prime weeks two years out before anyone else gets a turn. Set a cap on how far ahead a check-out date can be — property-wide, per member, or a separate limit for outside inquiries.
